Sailor Soldiers N.E.O.- Dr. Jacob Harrington

Dr. Harrington is something of a bumbling scientist.  He's pretty laid back himself, making him a bit of a match to General Wilson.  However, like Wilson, Harrington has a very sharp mind that's primarily focused on cause and effect and how it affects the world in general. He's more interested in results than what it takes to get them.  This is a bit callous of him, even if he means well.

His social graces are abysmal and the only thing he can do remotely well is actually dancing and playing music.   Though, this is only technically well.

Dr. Harrington mostly presides actively over the Brizo Mental Health Facility, though he holds most of the same positions as Wilson in the higher security levels and also only reports back to the UN.
